New Patient Complimentary Telehealth Discovery Session
This complimentary 15-minute session is an opportunity for new patients to ask questions about how acupuncture practice can benefit them as well as any other questions that might arise before the initial visit.  

Acupuncture & Cupping

Acupuncture New Patient
In this initial visit we will thoroughly discuss your health history and where you are seeking support for in your life and body. Common patient issues include stress, sleep, digestion, fertility, mood, menopause and pain. We will come up with a treatment plan together. Please wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing, and before your visit, plan to reduce or omit caffeine intake for 3and be sure to eat a light snack. Plan 60-90 minutes for this initial appointment. 

Acupuncture Follow Up
This 30-minute treatment is for existing patients of The Bay Chiro. We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing, and before your visit, limiting caffeine intake and eating a light snack.

Cupping Therapy, Existing Patients
Our 30-minute cupping sessions are designed to relax muscles, invigorate blood flow to fascia and other connective tissue, and encourage a speedy recovery from chronic or acute orthopedic injury. 

Acupuncture and Cupping Follow Up
This 45-minute visit combines acupuncture with cupping therapy, tailored to a patients individual needs.

Prenatal & Postnatal Acupuncture

Labor Encouragement
We use acupuncture on specific points in these 45-minute sessions to encourage labor to occur naturally in a relaxing and supportive environment.

Breech Baby
We offer 45-minute sessions to returning prenatal patients with breech baby needs. Sessions focus on Moxa, a Traditional Chinese Medicine heat-therapy technique, and can also include acupuncture.

Teens, Adolescents, & Pediatrics Acupuncture

Teen & Adolescents, Pediatrics First Visit
This 45-minute appointment is for teen, children, and baby’s initial visit.  Common issues for these patients include digestion, developmental delays, skin disorders and acne, puberty, mensuration, challenges with emotions, sports injury, anxiety, depression, and sleep.

Acupuncture Teen and Adolescents, Pediatrics Follow Up
We offer 30-minute acupuncture appointments for existing teen, adolescent, or pediatric patients, tailored to individual needs.

Cosmetic Acupuncture

Cosmetic Pen MicroNeedling
Microneedling, also known as Collagen Induction Therapy is a minimally-invasive cosmetic procedure that involves repeatedly puncturing the skin with tiny, sterile needles to stimulate collagen and elastin production, and drastically increase the absorption of cosmetic products. It is commonly used for acne scars, stretch marks or wrinkles, mild scars from acne or burns and enlarged pores., and also promotes hair growth for eyebrows, scalps or anywhere on the body where thin or thinning hair is a concern.    

We use Eminence Organics products in our treatments and provide full body acupuncture and lifestyle and nutrition recommendations. These 60-minute appointments are recommended in a minimum series of 4-6 treatments, one month apart.  

Cosmetic Acupuncture Facial Mini
This 45-minute treatment is a wonderful opportunity to sample cosmetic acupuncture and the Eminence Organics cleansers, dermafoliant, masks, serums, mists and moisturizers!  Perfect for a lunch break visit or a quick tune-up between cosmetic ccupuncture or regular acupuncture appointments. Each visit includes full-body acupuncture and a mini-facial including a small dose of cosmetic needling. 

Cosmetic Acupuncture Initial and Ongoing Visits
This treatment is a 90-minute, non-invasive, decadent, rejuvenating facial and natural alternative to botox and fillers. The treatment stimulates your body's own resources to encourage vitality, firming, and tightening of the neck and face. It promotes lymphatic drainage, smoothes wrinkles, diminishes fine lines, fades spots and uneven pigmentation and reduces rosacea.

We use Eminence Organics skincare line from Hungary and each treatment includes a full cleansing with dermafoliant, two masques, cosmetic Gua Sha, and cosmetic cupping using the highest quality oils, serums and moisturizers, and full-body acupuncture.
